Dylan Gittleman
Founder- Managing Director
Dylan is a NY transplant who began his career with GE Capital in the structured lending group and went on to structure venture debt for venture-backed startups, securities lending for executives of public companies, and off-balance sheet lending for large data center projects in management roles at DVI, a life science and healthcare lender, Merrill Lynch and IBM Global Finance.
For the last 10 years Dylan's focus has been working with VC firms, PE firms, Family Offices, and their portfolio companies offering valuations, research, liquidity event planning, and capital raises via the private and public US and Canadian markets and participating as an Advisor to startups.
Dylan's most notable Advisor role has included being an Advisor to ClearaccessIP (CAIP) for 4.5 years. CAIP founded by Philanthropist, former Stanford CodeX fellow, Nicole Shanahan Brin was funded by Nicole along with Bill Tai and Plug & Play. Dylan assisted bring on 1st pilots, capital raises and the April 2020 acquisition by Erich Spangenberg for merger with his firm IPwe.
In summer of 2019 Dylan left a SVP role at US Trust - Bank of America working with the VC ecosystem to focus on building Catskill Consulting, an A team of subject matter experts to assist post B round startups with capital raises from the private markets and via public market SPAC mergers.
In 2020 the Catskill Consulting team landed Fisker Inc. as a client and in partnership with Cowen Securities successfully raised $1 Billion via a SPAC merger that was finalized in Oct. of 2020.

Dr. Steve Krawczyk

Post Ph.D. studies at U Michigan, Steve joined Gilead Sciences as a Scientist, employee #30 in 1989, when Gilead Sciences was an early stage pre-revenue startup. Dr. Krawczyk went on to hold a number of positions of increasing responsibility over 23 years as the company grew to over $11 Billion in revenues and a market cap of over $104 Billion. Dr. Krawczyk a creator of hundreds of patents as a scientist moved over to the patent group at Gilead Sciences culminating with heading up the patent informatics department where he was responsible for leading a group of patent liaisons who were responsible for identifying innovations throughout the company as well as conducting patent-based competitive intelligence
studies.
Post retiring in 2013, Steve has been an active Angel Investor and member of J-Ventures. Steve advises startup companies, both independently, and through the intellectual property consulting company IP Checkups, were he is Director of Research & Strategy. One of his major accomplishments since Gilead Sciences has been building a patent portfolio comprising of over forty filings for a Canadian cannabis entity that commanded an 8 digit exit inside of 3 years to Canopy Growth the Canadian cannabis company.
Dr. Krawczyk startup work has also included serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at ClearAccess IP, as part of the founding team, where he crafted the initial product positioning strategy. Where Steve and Dylan first began working together. At Catskill Consulting Steve is a top tier subject matter expert who is engaged when working with innovative Life Science, Pharma, AI and SaaS companies and companies with valuable IP portfolios.
Christina Zhu-Weaver

Christina is a licensed CPA in New York and California, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information System Auditor. fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin. While at PwC her top clients included Google, Intuitive Surgical, VMware, the Federal Reserve Bank. Her experience includes corporate governance, IPO readiness and well versed in the nuances of M&A, accounting. Christina was part of the PwC team that led Silicon Valley China Business Development Initiatives and Chaired the PwC North Texas Market Asian and Asian Pacific Affinity Group. Post PwC, Christina founded Yujie Consulting, a consulting firm that helped US companies land customers, partnerships, manufacturing and investment from China and Chinese companies land customers, distribution and Investment from the US and has assisted VC and PE firms with strategic China initiatives. She worked on financing and China market strategy including top EV companies such as Lucid Motors, Tesla, Faraday Future, Karma Automotive, Yinlong. Currently, Christina is the co-founder of Y-Lab Ventures, an Advisor to startups and provides simultaneous Chinese-English translation to government officials and business leaders as well as being an active advisor to Catskill Consulting.

Deepa Krishna

Deepa started her career as a technical expert and patent agent working for a consulting firm and then a large law firm after receiving a Masters in Bio-Engineering from UC Irvine, she then returned to school for a joint JD & MBA at Northwestern University. Post-graduation she headed to Silicon Valley working for Oliver Wyman Health and Life Sciences and then legal tech startups including joining Entrepreneur and Philanthropist Nicole Shanahan Brin's startup ClearAccessiP. where she ascended from Director of Business Development and Product to Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product where she was instrumental in multiple successful product launches, capital raising, and integral to the acquisition of ClearAccessIP by IPwe and the follow on integration. Deepa brings a wealth of knowledge in BioEngineering, IP, AI, Neural Networks and operational experience running a startup, launching products and investor relations.

Nouri is a fine arts expert that specializes in the research of emotional design (Kansei), complex creative problem solving, design thinking and fine art connected to new product and service design.
